DessiYoga Waiver And Release Of Liability
Why Signing a Waiver and Release of Liability Form
Signing a Waiver and Release of Liability is a standard practice in the fitness and wellness industry that helps protect both you, as a participant, and us, as the Yoga instructors.

By signing the Waiver and Release of Liability form, you acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with any physical activity, including Yoga. It's not to discourage you, but rather to create awareness and ensure that you're informed about the potential risks involved.

Listening To Your Body Is Crucial In Yoga
More importantly, by signing the Waiver and Release of Liability form, you demonstrate your understanding that listening to your body is crucial in Yoga. It shows that you are committed to discontinuing any movement at the first sign of discomfort, pain, or tension, and that you respect your limitations on any given day.

It is through consistent, mindful, gentle practice, rather than forcing the body into shapes, that the gifts of Yoga are received.
At DessiYoga, we teach you to never attempt to copy a body shape you are not ready for while practicing Yoga. It is your patiently preparing the body with awareness and understanding that brings the benefits of Yoga. You will effortlessly move into the shape when you are ready, while forcing your body into the shape prematurely can only lead to injury. This understanding promotes a safe and nurturing environment for everyone participating in our Yoga classes.

We want you to feel confident and at ease during your Yoga practice.
